Europejska Fundacja Rozwoju Człowieka

Europejska Fundacja Rozwoju Człowieka (EuroFRC) is a non-profit Organization based in Łódź, Poland. We provide European and global opportunities for youth workers, young people and citizens based on holistic approaches and innovative non-formal education. Our principle is anchored on the motto “humans helping humans”. For 6 years, our Foundation aims at boosting the competences of young individuals at local, regional and European level by a tailor-made plan for personal and professional development and growth in different sectors.

Our Foundation runs its activities based on a regular agenda, implemented by our youth workers and project managers. We design European mobility opportunities and different activities. As well we do operate as researchers in the educational sector in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
We share expertise and offer educational services to the society we live in (especially to youth workers), and we transfer and spread the acquired knowledge periodically and regularly, including our partners in the elaboration and dissemination process.

Our Foundation finds its pillars in 5 relevant topics of European and global interest:

Our impact is known to be effective from local to international level. We tailor and manage projects based on different European funds on regular basis with the support of our partners.

Our Foundation is realizing its aims through:
- Mobility projects in the field of education and culture, exchanges between NGOs and Institutions, European/Regional funds, Donations, funded simulations, etc.
- Proposing and tailoring personalised models on how to start and run a business/ company, founding the basis of a structured system which fits the own tendencies and potential;
- Workshops for students from high schools and universities with experienced and successful entrepreneurs and young examples of success stories to share knowledge and give concrete support ideas and guidance;
- Non-formal education activities aimed at putting into practice and realization theoretical ideas which can succeed according to the direct results.

Our Foundation is deeply involved in the collaboration with Universities and Students' Associations, as well as local and regional Stakeholder and young decision-makers.
